Yaquelin Garcia, Clean Beauty Director

Yaquelin has been with Stella Nova since 2019.

Originally from Venezuela, Yaquelin sold her popular restaurant and came to the United States eight years ago to make a new life for herself and her wonderful daughter.

Yaquelin has been in the beauty business since she was 15 when she worked at her mother's hair salon, and later she and her mother opened a salon and spa in Venezuela, still open and thriving to this day.

Besides spending time with her family, Yaquelin likes boxing, cooking and sharing Venezuelan food, her dog Luna, and volunteering for social and environmental causes.

A member of the Latin Exchange Club of Charleston, she also plays a major role in the local group Latina Mujeres, or Latin Ladies Organization, and in her free time you can often find her and her group cleaning up beaches, helping families in need, rounding up stray cats, or performing cultural dances.
