Penny Heater, Director of HR

Penny has been with Stella Nova since 2008.

Penny supports the amazingly talented Stella Nova team as the Director of Human Resources. Her passion is taking care of the people that take care of our clients! 

Prior to joining Stella Nova Penny held executive level Human Resources roles with several Fortune 500 companies, including The Coca Cola Company, SAP, Aramark and AIG. 

Along with her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HRCI, Penny also received her  BA, with honors, from Indiana University in Industrial Relations, then continued on to Loyola University, Chicago, where she received her Masters in Human Resources and Employment Law. Penny has also served on national Presidential Task Force for the Employment of People with Disabilities.
